Manager Tools by Michael Auzenne and Mark Horstman is a weekly podcast focused on helping you become a more effective manager and leader.
Although it is US based and intended for managers in the corporate world it's full of practical techniques for managing staff and organisations. It is widely applicable to managers of all kinds, and anyone who has working relationships with other people.
Each episode is approximately 45 minutes and is an MP3 download of between 25 and 40 Mb, so a broadband connection is desirable.
The website also provides free worksheets and templates.
