Pandemic (Influenza) Planning Resources
As part of planning of a co-ordinated national response to a global outbreak of influenza or a similar pandemic, the Ministry of Civil Defence & Emergency Management and the Ministry of Health have brought together the best and latest information on to prepare for, and deal with, a pandemic.
This information will help you and your colleagues to take precautions to stay healthy in the event of a pandemic event – and therefore be in the best possible position to provide help to your communities.
This information is all publicly available on the Internet but has been collected here to save you time.
The Kit is primarily intended for how Civil Defence and Emergency Management groups and local authorities, and you'll probably find the last 3 sections of lesser relevance to your organisation.
