'Survey Monkey' is a great tool for on-line surveys. Easy to use, with on-line result analysis. Free for small surveys or US$20 per month for larger surveys and extra features. Subscription can be cancelled or reinstated at any time, so you only pay when in use.

Online document review and collaboration tool
Free tools to help online collaboration: Quick Doc Review allows you to put a draft document up in a private place on the web, and invite your reviewers to add their comments online. There are free QuickTopic and QuickThread bulletin boards and threaded email discussion groups too.
