yMedia Community Memberships now open
Have you heard about yMedia?
They ran the yMedia Challenge in 2007 which saw 6 community groups from Auckland connect with 12 tertiary students for 2 weeks to work on no-cost/low-cost digital solutions, guiding the community groups into the digital space by helping them make the most of their online presence.
You may also have seen yMedia at the Volunteering NZ conference 'Optimizing Volunteering' in November 2007 - where they presented a workshop titled 'And I thought a Blackberry was a fruit'.
Or at the recent conference in Hamilton - 'Engage your Community' - where they spoke about free-low-cost social media tools and your organisation.
Or maybe you haven't heard of them yet?
Either way - this is your chance to get involved. Join yMedia as a Community Group Member - Winter 2008 registrations open now - don't miss out!
Stay up-to-date with exciting emerging digital tools, engage with young people, and connect with new volunteers, staff and stakeholders.
