Guide to Strategic Planning
The NZ Federation of Vocational and Support Services (VASS) has produced ‘A Guide to Strategic Planning’ in order to assist members with the strategic planning process in their organisations.
The guide, written by University of Auckland's William English, is intended to help with managing and running an organisation, aided by strategic planning.
It provides an overview of the strategic planning process and the related concepts and principles, and also provides a step-by-step guide.
