PilchConnect

PILCH is a leading not-for-profit organisation in Victoria, Australia that acts as a facilitator or go-between for pro bono legal assistance between the community and the private legal profession.

Their website, PilchConnect, has a section about the day-to-day running of a not-for-profit community organisation. While some of the information is solely for the state of Victoria, much of it will be useful to New Zealand community organisations.
