BOARDS (from CharityChannel)  US based discussion lists covering a wide range of topics. The Boards forum focusses on all aspects of nonprofit/NGO governance, board issues such as board creation and function, board member responsibility in fund raising, board member liability and other legal issues involving board members, policies, etc.  3-5 messages a day. Two methods to subscribe:
1. Send e-mail to listserv@CharityChannel.com with SUBSCRIBE BOARDS YourFirstname YourLastname as the message. Leave the subject line blank.
2. Subscribe online at the Visit the CharityChannel web site at Charity Channel forum page and scroll down the drop down menu until you get to Boards.
