The Seriously Good Guide to Fundraising

The Seriously Good Guide to Fundraising is a regional guide which provides practical ideas and advice for community groups wanting to raise funds.

Author Kerri Tilby has been involved in the not-for-profit sector for 15 years and the guide covers topics such as Getting Started, Planning an Event, Sponsorship, Community Funding and Marketing. It also has over 200 ideas, templates, and fundraising contacts details, and provides details about running specific events such as discos, gala days, food stalls, raffles, tours, auctions and more.

The book is a regional guide, and while there is a degree of local content, the vast majority of information is useful regardless of where an organisation is based.

Such has been the response to the pilot guide, The Seriously Good Guide to Fundraising will be published in 12 separate regions over the next 2 years with the assistance of local councils, businesses, and individual sponsors.
