Strategic and Business Planning Guide

This guide is designed by Sport and Recreation New Zealand (SPARC) to assist sport and recreation organisations with strategic and business planning, but will also be of use to other community organisations.

A core business planning framework (or approach) is presented, with accompanying examples and explanations. It is not intended to be a 'one size fits all' approach; personal experience and preferences may lead to variation from the suggested framework.
