The Social Report tracks information on the social health and well-being of New Zealand society. 43 indicators are used to measure levels of well-being, to monitor trends over time, and to make comparisons with other countries.
The 2006 report also includes times series information as well as Regional Indicators.
This 'social report card' on the nation covers both the good and the bad news and includes a wealth of notes and references. It is published by the
Ministry of Social Development.
