Māori Knowledge and Development Research Fund - Ngā Kanohi Kitea

Developing Māori capability and knowledge is the prime focus of Ngā Kanohi Kitea Māori Knowledge and Development Research grants.
The grants provide opportunities for iwi, hapū and other community groups to address community identified health needs. A total pool of $1.5 million is available.
Applications should be hosted and led by an iwi, hapū or community based group and up to $250,000 is available for research projects over eighteen months.
Closing date for Registration of Intent is 21 September 2009.
