Updated employment resource for sector organisations

Earlier this year an updated version of the employment resource Mana Mahi was produced.

Mana Mahi 2 includes information on the 1 April 2011 changes to the Employment Relations Act 2000 and the Holidays Act 2003, as well as additional information on collective agreements and their application in the community and voluntary sector.

Together, Mana Mahi and Mana Mahi 2 provide a comprehensive guide to good employment relations and practice in the community and voluntary sector.
