Department of Labour's Workplace Productivity in Practice
The Department of Labour has produced a selection of case studies of a variety of New Zealand organisations who have made great strides in increasing their productivity. Each case study identifies a productivity challenge to the organisation and the way they achieved improved productivity including key lessons learned which may be used for your workplace. There are three not-for-profit organisations featured:
- Auckland City Mission
- Outward Bound
- Switzer Home
