Panui No. 6, April 29 (Adobe PDF, 85 KB) is on the NZFVWO website. This Panui reports repeated assurances from the Government and continued optimism in the Taskforce, but little substantive progress. The Taskforce has submitted a draft answer to questions raised by Cabinet and is awaiting a response. With the establishment of the sector entity on hold, an urgent need is to appoint some new members of the interim leadership to replace those who cannot continue beyond the 1st July due to other commitments.
