Connecting Practitioners, Strengthening our Practice
Counties Manukau Community Development Practitioners Network and Inspiring Communities hosted a 'Connecting Practitioners, Strengthening our Practice Forum' on 21 September 2011, bringing together over 120 community practitioners working in the Counties Manukau area.
These community practitioners represented a diverse range of community, business, local and central government agencies.
The forum purpose:
- connecting and establishing new relationships within Counties Manukau
- encouraging collaboration between practitioners and across communities
- enhancing community development knowledge and skills by sharing ideas, experience, tools and resources
- strengthening capability to empower and capacity build in Counties Manukau - both now and into the future.
