This course provides communities with the skills, confidence, advice and support to keep children safe. It also provides an excellent opportunity for networking and collaboration with others who work with children in your community.

Participants learn to:

• Understand what abuse is and why it occurs.
• Recognise children at risk of abuse
• Know how to respond appropriately and what to do immediately.
• Act with confidence recording and reporting abuse.
