Sovereign Sunshine,
Have your say on which New Zealand based children’s charity receives a donation of up to $15,000 by taking part in Sovereign’s new sponsorship initiative. You will also be in the draw to win a monthly prize.
Sovereign Sunshine is a whole new concept in online fundraising, aimed at giving Kiwi kids a brighter future.
Sovereign Sunshine enables Kiwis everywhere to join Sovereign staff in deciding each month which children’s charities receive our support of up to $15,000.
Visitors to the website can also donate directly, either money or time, to their favourite children’s charities, and by taking part be in to win fabulous monthly prizes. They can also spread the word to friends and family.
Sovereign Sunshine welcomes applications from all registered New Zealand-based children’s charities.
Each year, Sovereign Sunshine will rotate through nine different groupings of New Zealand-based children’s charities (according to charity type).
Each month, Sovereign’s staff selects a shortlist of up to six charities from the featured charity type. These shortlisted charities are contacted prior to the monthly vote, with the winning charity receiving a donation from Sovereign of up to $15,000.
The shortlist is displayed on the homepage each month, so everyone can see how the voting is progressing.
