The seminar presenter is John Coxon. John is an experienced management consultant, coach and project manager working in the health sector and not-for-profit sector. John brings considerable experience as a project manager to these seminars, in addition to his experience as a management consultant and coach. Over the years John has been involved in numerous projects including building a hydroponic nursery from the ground up and the coordination of coaching and training for large groups, John’s most recent project has been to guide nine not-for-profit agencies through a process of forming an alliance with the aim of improving efficiencies through improved purchasing, greater collaboration and sharing of resources (www.communitysouthwest.com). John brings some 30 years of practical experience to these seminars and shares with those attending his knowledge and understanding of what techniques are effective and the traps that are best avoided.
