Community ICT Transformation

Thirty-one Australian communities, nonprofit organisations and groups share how they introduced and use Information and Communication Technology (ICT).

In this set of 31 case studies, a cross-section of Australian communities, nonprofit organisations and groups share

  • their experiences-how they introduced ICT,
  • the barriers and challenges they overcame and
  • the lessons learned while using ICT to make their operations more efficient and to better connect with their clients, members and each other.

The case studies are summarised from three perspectives:

  • Enhancing operational efficiency and capability
  • Delivering services and support
  • Building communities, networks and connections

The case studies and summaries are linked from Community ICT transformation discussion papers and case studies, or you can
