Introduction to Contributing
There are many fantastic resources created by organisations throughout New Zealand, but they can be hard to find. Looking though Google search results or browsing numerous websites can be time consuming and frustrating. CommunityNet Aotearoa puts quality resources in one place making it easy for community organisations to search and discover the best resources for them.
CommunityNet Aotearoa is a place for organisations to share and showcase their best resources, making them available for all of New Zealand. The more quality resources we get in one place, the more useful the site becomes. If you have resources that would be good on the site, you may want to think about becoming a Contributor.
What resources can be contributed?
Please read the Content guidelines for more information.
What can a Contributor do?
Contributors will have access to the SilverStripe Content Management System (CMS). This means that Contributors can post their resources straight to the website without waiting for a moderation process. They can also edit or delete any of their content when they wish.
Who can contribute?
CommunityNet Aotearoa accepts contributions from New Zealand individuals and organisations that create resources for community organisations learning and development.
There is a process you will need to go through to become a Contributor. This is to ensure CommunityNet Aotearoa continues to be a valued and trusted hub of resources designed to strengthen community organisations.
