The Social Policy Evaluation and Research Committee, or SPEaR, is a "coordination hub" for New Zealand government agencies and the social research and evaluation sector which aims "to improve capability, capacity and outcomes".
On this website you can find back issues of the quarterly on-line SPEaR Bulletin, which you can subscribe to.
SPEaR is also developing a searchable on-line library of abstracts of social policy evaluation and research publications. (You can submit your own abstracts as well.)
The site also includes social policy evaluation and research news, events and links, as well as information on SPEaR Funding through the "Linkages Programme".
